You will be required to be the holder of a Private Hire Driver’s Licence issued by one of the following Local Authorities: Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees or Redcar & Cleveland. If you do not have a private hire driver’s licence, assistance is available.

You will be required to hold the relevant category on your UK driving licence, be the holder of a Driver Qualification Card and a Digital Driver Card. Assistance is available to obtain the relevant requirements.
You also must have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of two years and be over 25 years of age.
